We want to ensure that your experience with Bake Me Away is excellent from your first click through your last bite.  Below are a few frequently asked questions and answers to help you through our process.

Q: Does Bake Me Away serve any gluten-free, vegan or other special allergen-free items?

A: Safety is our top priority and due to being an-in home operation, we do not offer any gluten-free, vegan or other allergen-free options, as we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.

Q: Am I limited to the flavors listed on the menu?

A: We love a challenge, so please share your vision with us if you don't see it.  We are happy to discuss potential options with you.  *Special flavor requests may require additional order time.

Q: I don't live in TX! Does Bake Me Away offer shipping?

A: Due to the TX Cottage Laws that we operate our business under, we currently do not offer shipping.  As our business changes, we hope to have this option in the future.  Please check back often or join our mailing list to stay updated.

Q: Does Bake Me Away offer delivery?

A: Yes!  We highly recommend utilizing our delivery service to ensure that your delicious items are handled with the utmost care.  Our delivery guidelines are detailed in our terms & conditions.   

Q: Do you offer customized character cakes?

A: WE love to create around a theme!  However, do to copyright and trademark laws we are unable to re-create some popular characters. We will definitely provide a beautiful complementary dessert (selection) to match your theme.  

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: After your inquiry is accepted, we will send you an invoice with the payment details.  Please see our terms & conditions for details regarding payment, retainers, etc.
